Combine oil, ketchup, lemonade concentrate, mustard, salt garlic powder and bay leaf in a large sealable plastic bag; mix well. Add fillets; turn to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove fillets and place on a broiler pan that's been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Discard marinade. Broil 4- inches from source of heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
