Rinse the cooked penne pasta with cold water and set aside to cool.Into a large bowl, add broccoli, tuna, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and olives. Gently toss to combine.Add 1/8 cup Italian salad dressing to the pasta and toss to combine. Spread pasta onto a large serving platter.Spoon the broccoli mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with the Italian dressing on the side.
