Beat sugar, hazelnut spread, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar crystals. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake 7-9 minutes at 375 F. until puffed and edges are set. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool.
