In a shallow dish stir together crushed chips, flour, cumin, red pepper and salt.In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then in tortilla mixture, turning to coat. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 F. for 45-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.Serve with sour cream.
