Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings
Type the numbers below:
Cook apricots in water 10 minutes, until soft. Cool. Drain and measure 1 cup. Chop and combine with sugar, egg whites and salt in top of double boiler. Beat over boiling water with rotary beater until thick enough to hold its shape about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; gently fold in brandy. Serve warm or cold, garnished with reserved apricots.
